Refund policy
Beyond Kart hopes that you need not have to return or cancel any of our products. But at the same time, we understand you and will be there to help you whenever you do so due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation and refund policy is as explained below
In case, the order has not been shipped:
Any order that has not been shipped can be cancelled partially or fully. The amount paid by you would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account within 7-15 working days from your prior notice of cancellation.
In case, the order was damaged when you received:
We take utmost care while packaging our products so that they reach you safely. However, due to some accidents beyond our control, the items delivered might be damaged in transit. We would request you to let us know of the damage within 3-5 days of receiving your order. We would take the decision to refund or not on a case to case basis after evaluating the case. The final decision lies with the Beyond kart team.
